Dr. Lucas Monzani
Dr. Monzani holds a PhD in Psychology of Human Resources by the University of Valencia, and an Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology. His work on authentic leadership and effective teamwork is published in top-tier international journals such as the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Computers in Humans Behaviors and several others.
Dr. Monzani is an Assistant professor of Organizational Behavior at Ivey Business School of Western Ontario University (Canada). Before he was a lecturer in Leadership at the Postgraduate School of Management at Plymouth University. He is also an associate researcher at the Institute for Organizational Development and Quality of Work Life, (IDOCAL) of the University of Valencia (Spain). His research interests lie within advanced concepts in Organizational Behavior, such as new forms of executive leadership, distributed adaptive teams, and bridging neuropsychology with organizational behavior studies.
Lucas Monzani likes to merge his research activities with his professional practice as Consultant. He is an expert in wide array of topics, such as leadership assessment & development, executive coaching, advanced recruitment & selection, E-learning and virtual teams training. He contributed to several leadership development projects within the Department of Peacekeeping Operations (DPKO) of the United Nations.
