M.Sc. Marcel Rindt

Marcel Rindt has been Managing Director of the Center for Leadership and Behavior in Organizations (CLBO) since mid-2026. He works as a research associate in the Department of Social Psychology at Goethe University Frankfurt. His research focuses, among other things, on leadership development and leadership training, as well as their effects on leaders, employees, and organizations.
