If you are looking for scientifically well-founded information concerning current HR topics, we can work as your sparring partner, e.g., offering workshops or talks. In return we are glad to receive practical impulses – for research ideas as well as for teaching(e.g. guest lecturers).

Monitoring

While there is a great transparency in many organizational functions, capturing characteristic numbers in HR represents a big challenge. But using the right tools and evaluation methods it is possible to establish a transparent monitoring even in this area. We possess extensive experience in this topic and are interested in sharing this with you.
