The CLBO members publish in top, international journals and therefore know and are adding to the leading research. This knowledge is then used in our projects in practice, where the latest theoretical and methodological findings can be applied.

Multidisciplinarity

We work in multidisciplinary teams, using psychological and economic approaches. This allows us to integrate the adequate theories and methods from both subjects, getting for you the best results possible.

Practical Relevance

Many of the CLBO members have extensive experience as business-school-teachers or management-consultants. We use this experience to combine scientific findings with actual practice. We know and speak the language of the praxis.
