Dr. Antonia Kaluza
Antonia Kaluza is Managing Director of the Center for Leadership and Behavior in Organizations (CLBO) since 2016. She is working at the social psychology department at Goethe University with Prof. Dr. Rolf van Dick. Her main research focuses on health-promoting leadership, health of leaders and health climate. Her dissertation was about leadership and health. In addition to her scientific work, Antonia Kaluza is working as psychotherapist.
