    Rolf van Dick is Chair of Social Psychology at Goethe University and also lectures at Goethe Business School. Prior to joining Goethe University he was Professor of Social Psychology and Organizational Behavior at Aston Business School (Birmingham, UK). He was editor-in-chief of the British Journal of Management and the Journal of Personnel Psychology. Professor van Dick mainly works in the field of identity processes in organizations on topics such as stress, M&As, diversity or leadership. He published several books and over 200 papers and book chapters. Rolf van Dick also was Professor at the Work Research Institute (AFI) in Oslo and visiting professor at universities in Tuscaloosa (USA), Rhodos, Katmandu, Rovereto (Italy), Bejing and Shanghai.
