Dr. Jordi Escartín
Prof. Dr. Jordi Escartín is Associate Professor in Social and Organizational Behavior at the Faculty of Psychology in the University of Barcelona, Spain. He is also Director of the two-year International Master Degree in Coaching and Personal Leadership (with editions in Chile, Colombia, Panamá and Spain) (http://www.ub.edu/mastercoachingyliderazgo/). With more than 80 publications, his main lines of research concern workplace bullying, ethics, gender and leadership, positive organizational psychology, LGBT and teaching and learning innovation. He has made several professional and research stays in different countries within America, Australia and Europe. He is Associate Researcher at The Institute of Neurosciences (University of Barcelona; http://www.neurociencies.ub.edu/). As a systemic coach and organizational consultant, he actively advices companies in (Latin) America and Europe. His hobbies are adventure travelling (70 countries from 6 continents) and volunteering (Co-author of the Solidary Book: Tibet en el Corazón), diving, cooking (healthy and Mediterranean food) and dancing.
