Louisa Fink
Louisa Fink holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and Leadership from the University of Exeter (UK) and completed the M. Sc. in Organisational and Social Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK). Since October 2020, she is a doctorate at Cambridge Judge Business School (UK), where she is involved with research on organizational ambidexterity at the hyper-competitive workplaces of innovation-driven companies in modern society. Specific issues she examines in her work center on a cross-level analysis of leadership and teamwork.
