    Marcel Kern

    Marcel Kern studied Psychology in Constance from 2008 till 2012 and in Frankfurt from 2012 till 2014 with major subjects Work and Organizational Psychology and Educational Psychology. In his research he is especially interested in the positive effects of stress at work, emotion work in service jobs and effects of work on health and well-being in general.  In addition to his scientific work, he has been working as freelancer since 2014 and, for example, holds seminars on conflict management or dealing with extended availability through smartphones. He has many years of experience in diagnostics and recruiting and conducts employee surveys to measure psychological hazards.
