    Prof. Dr. Rudolf Kerschreiter

    Rudolf Kerschreiter has been Professor of Social, Organizational and Business Psychology since 2011 and heads the corresponding department at Freie Universität Berlin. He has also been co-coordinator of the Global Identity Leadership Development (GILD) project since 2016 and Visiting Lecturer in Executive Education at the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) Berlin since 2018. Since 2020, he has been Spokesman of the Board of the Berlin Leadership Academy of the Berlin University Alliance.
    After completing his studies, doctorate and habilitation in psychology at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU), he was Professor of Social Psychology at LMU Munich from 2009 to 2011. International research stays have taken him to Aston Business School, UK, the University of Pittsburg, USA, and the University of Queensland, Australia. His current research focuses on Identity Leadership, Inclusive Leadership, Leader-Follower Interaction, Leadership Development, Social Exclusion, Social Identity and Virtual Teams.
