Stefanie Marx
Stefanie Marx-Fleck has been a research associate in the Department of Social Psychology at Goethe University Frankfurt since 2020. In her research, she focuses on defensive decision making in organizations, the perception of uncertainty in the work context, and leadership and stress. Before joining academia, Stefanie Marx-Fleck had worked for more than 10 years at Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen in the field of equity and index structuring.
