December 18th, 2012 Sahra Wagenknecht being interviewed by Rolf van Dick
Sahra Wagenknecht, born in 1969 in Jena, studied in Jena, Berlin and Groningen for her degree in Philosophy and newer German literature and completedit in 1996 with a final assignment about Marx and Hegel. From 2005 sheworked on a dissertation on the national economy, that she finished in 2012 at the University of Chemnitz. Between 1991 and 1995 and from 2000 to 2007 she was party executive of the PDS and, following this, since 2007 has been a member of the board of the party DIE LINKE. Between 2004 and 2009 she was member of the European parliament, and since 2009 a delegate in the German Bundestag. In 2010 she was elected deputy head of the party and since 2011 she has been first deputy of the parliament party executive. In the interview with Rolf van Dick she talks about her personal leadership style, good and bad leadership, her values and bad role models in politics and economy.
