Miriam Scheppa-Lahyani
Miriam Scheppa-Lahyani acquired her master’s degree in psychology with major subjects Work and Organizational Psychology and Clinical Psychology at Goethe-University Frankfurt (2012-2017). During this time she was an assistant in the Department of Research Methods and Evaluation (2013-2017) and in the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology (2017). Since 2017 she is Research Assistant in the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology at Goethe-University Frankfurt. Her main research topics are bullying and conflicts, whereby the construction of a questionnaire is an important part. Human Resource Development and Psychological Statistics are her foci in teaching. Since 2018 she works as a research consultant.
