    Oliver Reese The video is not accessible to the public but can be requested for research purposes. Oliver Reese was born in 1964 and is working as dramatic advisor, manager and director at many major theatres. He studied new German literature, dramatics and comparative literature in Munich and worked as assistant director at the intimate theater in Munich, at the theater in Düsseldorf and at the Bavarian State Theater. In 1989 he was dramatic advisor at the Bavarian State Theater, in 1991 chief dramatic advisor at the theater in Ulm and from 1994 until 2001 chief dramatic advisor at the Maxim Gorki Theater, in Berlin. Afterwards, he was chief dramatic advisor and assistant director of the German Theater in Berlin. Since 2009 he has been director of the Theater in Frankfurt. He is a member of the German Academy of Performing Arts, has worked together with many well-known directors and actors and received important awards for his productions. In the interview with Rolf van Dick he talks about his personal leadership style and about the importance of leadership in theaters. He also talks about the people who have been important teachers for him and about the important role of values in his work.
