Dr. Leonie Gerhards

Leonie Gerhards currently holds a postdoc position at the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences at the University of Hamburg. From 2008 to 2013 she worked as a research associate at the Chair of Organization and Management. Her research interests lie in the field of human resources, behavioral and experimental economics. Her current research focuses on perseverance (grit), feedback mechanisms, and the effects and enforcement of social norms.
