Dr. Sebastian Stegmann
Sebastian Stegmann is an associate professor at the department of social psychology at the Goethe University Frankfurt. He studied psychology (major in work- and organizational psychology, as well as in clinical psychology) in Jena, Freiburg and Canberra. Sebastian Stegmann received his PhD in 2011. His dissertation dealt with diversity in organizations and was awarded a price by the German psychological association (I&O psychology section). From 2006-2009, he acted as Managing Editor of the British Journal of Management and frequently acts as a reviewer for international journals. Besides his work in science, he works as a psychotherapist. His areas of expertise are identity & identification, diversity, groups & cooperation, and work design.
