Andreas Leonhart is fully qualified lawyer and started his career at KPMG and was head of the financial department at the Mainfirst Bank AG for eight years. He was also Group Compliance Officer and President of the administrative board and managing director of the Luxembourg fund company. In June 2011 he changed to the Bankhaus Main AG, a private bank with full license, and is CFO and board member responsible for accounting, controlling and taxes of the company. In the interview with Rolf van Dick he talks about his personal leadership style, responsibility, ideas on good and bad leadership and about values. He tells something about the importance of coaching and his meeting with Richard von Weizsäcker, whom he experienced as a charismatic personality.
