November 30th, 2022 Join us in the ‘Trust and Good Leadership project’!
Previous research has shown that trust between employees and executives significantly reduces burnout rates and positively affects job satisfaction, innovative work behavior, and work engagement. Although a large body of scientific evidence already underlines the beneficial effects of trust, the question of "how" remains unanswered. In other words, how do we establish a healthy and sustainable trust culture between employees and management? Consequently, we want to conduct our research at the interface of trust and leadership.
Therefore, we want your company to join us as a cooperation partner for the 'Trust and Good Leadership' research project. For further information, please click here.Similar Posts
